VANILLA HONEY FRENCH CREPES

What's in it?

• 125g All-Purpose / Plain Flour
• 60g Bondi Chai Vanilla Honey
• Pinch of Salt
• 175ml Semi-skimmed / Light Milk
• 2 Eggs
125ml Apple Cider, can be replaced with light milk if Apple Cider not available
• Butter, a small amount for greasing the pan
• 125g Greek Yoghurt
• 40g Bondi Chai Club Cinnamon
• Strawberries, chopped
• 1 Banana, chopped

How does it go together?

THE CREPES

1.   Heat the milk in a pot, add Bondi Chai Vanilla Honey and combine.

2.   When the milk begins to boil, remove from heat, set aside and allow to cool.

3.   Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Add eggs and stir.

4.   Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly then add apple cider. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.

5.   Let rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

 

THE TOPPING

6.   Stir Bondi Chai Club Cinnamon Bondi Chai through the Greek yogurt until dissolved. Place in the fridge.

 

COOKING / SERVING

7.   Heat a non-stick pan over high heat.

8.   Add butter and tilt to grease whole pan.

9.   Pour enough crepes batter to thinly coat the base, and tilt the pan to create an even thickness.

10. When the crepe is cooked on one side, turn it over and brown other side.

11. Repeat until no more crepes batter remains.

12. Transfer onto a plate, add Club Cinnamon sauce, banana, and strawberries.               

NB: Bondi Chai Vanilla Honey and Club Cinnamon flavours contain dairy and may not be suitable for people with lactose intolerances.
