DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION POLICY

DEI… the “3-legged stool” that supports us all. 

 

The principles of equity, inclusion and diversity form the 3-legged stool that supports everything we’ve achieved so far and everything we’re striving for.

 

We recognise and embrace the need for diversity, equity and inclusion in our workplace, our systems and our processes as we continually evolve to meet the widely varying needs of those we serve.

 

Respect, initiative, responsibility, effectiveness and fun are prerequisites of growing our company. We strive to create an environment where everyone in our team can bring their best selves to our collective mission of serving a worldwide community of customers, suppliers and supporters.

 

Our workplace culture aims to ensure that everyone feels their input is equally valid and valued.

 

Our small team (which includes the two co-founders who are business and life partners) is currently 84% female and 16% male; 16% Asian, 16% European and 68% Australian; 50% are between 30 to 50 years old, 17% are between 50 to 60 years old and 33% are over 60.

 

The Co-Founders take personal responsibility for ensuring this policy is continuously applied.
