- Preheat the oven to 200°c.
- Line an oven tray with baking paper.
- Thickly sprinkle Bondi Chai over the pastry sheet.
- Roll the pastry sheet into a long strip.
- Cut the long strip in half lengthways leaving one end joined together.
- Twist the two strips together with the cut edge facing outward and press the ends together.
- Form into a ring.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until pastry is crisp and golden.
