These days, he spends most of his time bushwalking, gardening, reading and tinkering with his vintage motorbikes. He also loves astronomy - he moved to Kempton from Hobart for the clear, dark night skies. The one poem everyone should read is… *The Desiderata.* The best concert I ever attended was… *Alice Cooper's Welcome To My Nightmare (in Perth).* My favourite ‘me time’ indulgence is… *A full hour with a good book.* I am really looking forward to… *My awesome new telescope.* My favourite saying is… *There is no present like the time.* The song that means the most to me is… *This Old Guitar – John Denver.* If I won the lottery, the first person I would call is… *My bank manager – to say goodbye (assuming my wife had already heard my screams).* ![bondi-chai-faces-of-bondi-chai-on-the-subject-of-bondi-chai](https://www.bondichai.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/CMS/Faces%20of%20Bondi%20Chai/bondi-chai-faces-of-bondi-chai-on-the-subject-of-bondi-chai.png?width=369&height=110&name=bondi-chai-faces-of-bondi-chai-on-the-subject-of-bondi-chai.png "bondi-chai-faces-of-bondi-chai-on-the-subject-of-bondi-chai") Why do you drink chai latte, and why Bondi Chai? *Such a great-tasting drink and Bondi Chai is the best-tasting chai.* When/where did you first taste Bondi Chai? *In a café, saw it on the menu, and thought I'd try it. Never drunk anything else since. "If it's not Bondi Chai, I don't buy".* Which is your favourite Bondi Chai variety? *At home: a 50/50 mix of Club Cinnamon and Vanilla Honey.* *In a cafe: Club Cinnamon (the one that most cafes seem to have).* Three words to describe Bondi Chai, the company? *Don't have any dealings with the company – we buy through the website and the only issues we've ever had seem to come from Australia Post.* [![MEET MORE FACES OF BONDI CHAI](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/7424219/18aa878c-a872-4fe9-90d9-84e2b9d422ca.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/7424219/18aa878c-a872-4fe9-90d9-84e2b9d422ca) [**](https://www.bondichai.com.au/meet-the-faces-of-bondi-chai/a-moment-with-kevin#) --- This business received grant funding from the Australian Government through Austrade’s Export Market Development (EMDG) program.
