Andrea has been immersed in the hospitality industry for almost 30 years, and she's made Oxley's on the Bay a true family affair. She and her husband decided to buy the restaurant from her parents when they decided to retire.
Since then, they have changed the name to make it their own and brought their kids on board (including Sienna, above right) as part of the crew.
How do you separate your personal life from your life at Oxley's on the Bay?
😆 I don't, all my kids work with us and live with us.
What’s your favourite ‘me time’ thing to do to relax?
Reading and listening to music whether it's at a venue or just at home.
