Tammy, along with her partner in crime Shane, is a founder of The Good Food Bakery and a champion of the gluten-free people of the world! Opening in 2019 and inspired by her niece Ebony's ongoing struggle with coeliac disease, Tammy and Shane created a delectable range of cakes, treats, bread, and award-winning pies and sausage rolls that don't skimp on the serving size. 

 

Within two years of opening their doors, Tammy and Shane were proud to receive their coeliac accreditation and expand the business into the shop next door to accommodate their growing customer base. 

 

In 2020 Tammy and Shane entered his pies in the Official Great Aussie Pie Competition and won an award for each entry! The Good Food Bakery was also nominated for a Telstra Business Award in 2021, which is no surprise as the hugely popular bakery has been attracting customers from all over the Mornington Peninsula and loyal patrons aren't shy about sharing their rave reviews:

Tammy and Shane recently sold The Good Food Bakery to a new owner to begin a well-earned early retirement.
